Fox News reported the following:

October 27, 2023

Israeli forces conducted “brief” ground incursions into the Gaza Strip as the war with Hamas enters its 20th day. The Hamas-run Health Ministry claims at least 6,546 Palestinians have been killed and 17,439 wounded. More than 1,400 Israelis have been killed since the Oct. 7 surprise attack by Hamas, in which 224 people including foreigners were taken captive into Gaza. Four people have been released so far. https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/israel-hamas-war-october-26

The Temple Institute had the following in a newsletter today:

“Go forth – to your seed I will give this land!”

(Genesis 12:1,7)

MarCheshvan 12, 5784/October 27, 2023

“And HaShem said to Avram, ‘Go forth from your land and from your birthplace and from your father’s house, to the land that I will show you. And I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you, and I will aggrandize your name, and you shall be a blessing. And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse, and all the families of the earth shall be blessed in you.'” (Genesis 12:1-3) But wait, there’s more! “And HaShem appeared to Avram, and He said, ‘To your seed I will give this land,’ and there he built an altar to HaShem, Who had appeared to him.” (ibid 12:7) Anything you may hear, any screaming mob, any chanting cadre of elite university idiots, any statement, any Twitter post, any Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, or anything spoken from the lips of the General Secretary of the United Nations or the King of Jordan or the ‘Supreme Leader of Iran, or anyone else on the face of the earth that contradicts, denies, derides or defies these truths, is fake news at best, and contemptible, satanic hatred at worst.

Deny this truth and what are you left with? Chaos, hate, death and destruction. HaShem’s promise to Avram all those thousands of years ago is nothing less than the central pillar upon which all civilization stands.

Destroy that pillar and all civilization collapses into tyranny, slavery, misery and death. “And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse.” Can it be any clearer?

The war imposed upon Israel by the savage Palestinian Hamas terrorists of Gaza has got nothing to do with land or with alleged oppression or occupation or the illusion of a “two state solution,” or any other gibberish you may hear from woke fanatics spouting their intersectionality manifesto. It has to do with whether we are going to play by G-d’s rules or not.

Yes, God gave promises of land to Abraham and his descendants. And yes, we need to play by God’s rules. And yes, the brutal terrorism by Hamas was wrong, but the Temple Institute should also realize that those of Hamas do want land–they want all the land that Israel controls (as do many of the other Palestinians).

Yet, consider that God gave warnings of losing land to Abraham’s descendants if they would not obey Him:

58 “If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE LORD YOUR GOD, 59 then the Lord will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues — great and prolonged plagues — and serious and prolonged sicknesses. 60 Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. 61 Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the Law, will the Lord bring upon you until you are destroyed. 62 You shall be left few in number, whereas you were as the stars of heaven in multitude, because you would not obey the voice of the Lord your God. 63 And it shall be, that just as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good and multiply you, so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you and bring you to nothing; and you shall be plucked from off the land which you go to possess. (Deuteronomy 28:58-63)

24 ‘Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. 25 For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants. 26 You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations, either any of your own nation or any stranger who dwells among you 27 (for all these abominations the men of the land have done, who were before you, and thus the land is defiled), 28 lest the land vomit you out also when you defile it, as it vomited out the nations that were before you.  (Leviticus 18:24-28)

23 ‘And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me, 24 then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins. 25 And I will bring a sword against you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; when you are gathered together within your cities I will send pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.  (Leviticus 26:23-25)

So, those that were promised blessings were also told that they would be subject to losing those blessings if they disobeyed God. Most in Israel are not seriously attempting to obey God. Land will be lost.

As far as the situation between Gaza and Israel goes, one day Israel will lose territory to the Gazans.

Gaza and Bible Prophecy

Israeli officials such as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have claimed that all those in Hamas will be killed or eliminated. Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen added that the plan is to make Gaza shrink. Where do those of Gaza and other Palestinians come from? Does the Bible show historical animosities between the descendants of Israel and those of the Gazans and the Palestinians? What does the Bible show that Gaza and Hamas mean? Do biblical prophecies in Amos and Jeremiah point to Gaza ending up with territories that Israel now controls? Can Israel lose territory? Will Hamas achieve some of its objectives? What does the 83rd Psalm prophesy? Might terrorism be involved? Steve Dupuie and Dr. Thiel address these issues.

Here is a link to our video: Gaza and Bible Prophecy.

While God made promises of land to Abraham, He also gave warnings.

Despite its military power, Israel will lose territory to the Palestinians, including the Gazans.
