Justin Trudeau: USA and Canada are ‘siblings’; Barack Obama straining ‘special relationship’ with UK

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with US President Barack Obama:

US President Barack Obama and Canada’s new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have lavished praise on each other during the first official visit by a Canadian leader in nearly 20 years.
Mr Trudeau toasted the two nations as “siblings” at a state dinner. …

The Bible tells of two siblings, the brothers Ephraim and Manasseh, who were the sons of Joseph. And they received blessings from Joseph’s father Jacob, whose name was changed by God to Israel:
13 And Joseph took them both, Ephraim with his right hand toward Israel’s left hand, and Manasseh with his left hand toward Israel’s right hand, and brought them near him. 14 Then Israel stretched out his right hand and laid it on Ephraim’s head, who was the younger, and his left hand on Manasseh’s head, guiding his hands knowingly, for Manasseh was the firstborn. 15 And he blessed Joseph, and said:
“God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, The God who has fed me all my life long to this day, 16 The Angel who has redeemed me from all evil, Bless the lads; Let my name be named upon them…(Genesis 48:13-16).
Because of this, sometimes when the Bible uses the term Israel it can be referring to the descendants of Ephraim and Manasseh, and they include the Anglo-nations. Ephraim is the progenitor of the British people, which includes the Anglo-Saxons of the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau probably does not fully understand how the USA and Canada actually are siblings–not because of a shared border–but because their ancestors were brothers. But his observation is consistent with scripture.

Now, while still pursuing the method of realising our overall strategic concept, I come to the crux of what I have travelled here to Say. Neither the sure prevention of war, nor the continuous rise of world organisation will be gained without what I have called the fraternal association of the English-speaking peoples. Barack Obama has revealed his frustration with aspects of Britain’s foreign policy under David Cameron. What does it mean for US-UK relations?
Last week was the 70th anniversary of the speech in which Winston Churchill coined the phrase “special relationship” (an oration at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, which, incidentally, also lodged “iron curtain” in the diplomatic lexicon). In the intervening decades, Downing Street has obsessed about its status. These are the most sacred words in British diplomacy. Maintaining an intimate friendship with Washington has been the bedrock of post-war British foreign policy.
So the special relationship antennae, those delicately calibrated instruments tuned to pick up even the slightest of ructions, would have been swaying violently from side to side following Barack Obama’s criticism of David Cameron.
In an interview with The Atlantic – oh, the irony of that masthead – the US president lamented the chaotic state of Libya, and laid part of the blame at the door of European leaders. Cameron had been “distracted by a range of other things,” the president told Jeffrey Goldberg, a journalist with an almost psychiatric skill at extracting Obama’s inner most thoughts. Let me just state that it seems audacious that the US President would blame the UK Prime Minister for Libya.
But Winston Churchill was right that the USA and UK have a special relationship, and Justin Trudeau is right that the USA and Canada are siblings. More information about that is in the article Anglo – America in Prophecy & the Lost Tribes of Israel.
It is only the Anglo-descended nations that the USA has specifically exempted from”spy attacks.” Notice:

And that is what an NSA document from 2010 made clear–only the Anglo-nations are trusted and close friends. European leaders do not like this and will long remember this.
What many Europeans want is that the USA will treat them the same way they treat the Anglo-nations, which have been called the “five eyes”:

“Germany and France have long resented this special relationship in intelligence,” said Tim Naftali, of the New America Foundation. “But the question is whether [France and Germany] would be able to accept the co-ordination of their foreign policies that comes along with the agreement.”

The United Kingdom – United States of America Agreement (UKUSA,…is a multilateral agreement for cooperation in signals intelligence between the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The alliance of intelligence operations is also known as Five Eyes (FVEY). (Wikipedia, viewed 10/19/2013)
The reality is that the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are more trustworthy as far as the USA goes, than continental Europe. The five eyes agreement came shortly after World War II and has been in effect since. So much so, that the NSA excluded that non-USA nations from its surveillance–but Germany, who later had some involvement with the agreement, got spied on more by the NSA than many countries with no direct connection to the UKUSA Agreement (Germany: USA is engaged in ‘cold war’ against us, Europe furious).
Continental Europe wants to be fully admitted into this Five Eyes club. And while those there do not normally think that they will wish to destroy the USA (cf. Isaiah 10:7), the Bible shows that ultimately a primarily continental European power will (Isaiah 10:5-12; Daniel 11:39). Yet, Barack Obama seems to want to separate from the UK and move closer to Europe–expect this direction to shift back after he is out of office.
Because of current and expected future ties to the USA, Canada is expected to suffer basically the same fate as the USA–it will be taken over and its lands will be divided as that is what the Bible shows will happen to the USA in Daniel 11:39. This will also directly affect the UK, and Australia and New Zealand will also have problems. The Bible also prophesies terrorism (Deuteronomy 32:25; Ezekiel 21:12; Psalms 73:12,19; Proverbs 1:25-27; Ecclesiastes 12:5) and the USA, Canada, UK, etc. will be affected by that as well.
As far as Canada itself goes, while people will claim that the world likes Canada, and it has many friends, notice the following:
1 How lonely sits the city
That was full of people!
How like a widow is she,
Who was great among the nations!
The princess among the provinces
Has become a slave!2 She weeps bitterly in the night,
Her tears are on her cheeks;
Among all her lovers
She has none to comfort her.
All her friends have dealt treacherously with her;
They have become her enemies. (Lamentations 1:1-2)
The USA and Canada (including the other Anglo-Saxon-Commonwealth nations) were “great among the nations.” And the Bible is clear that betrayal is coming from national FRIENDS!
The late Herbert W. Armstrong made it clear in his later years that he believed that the King of the North (the one mentioned in Daniel 11:40-41 which is the same one who places the abomination mentioned in Daniel 11:31) would destroy the Canadian, British, and American peoples. Notice some of what he wrote about that in 1979:
The indication is the armies of the “beast” of Revelation 17, entering Jerusalem (Dan 11:41, Zech. 14:2), will stop this “daily sacrifice”…And the abomination that maketh desolate set up.” What is this abomination? This refers to Daniel 11:31 and Matthew 24:15…From this time (Daniel 12:11) to Christ’s coming will be 1290 days. Now, verse 12, “Blessed is he that waiteth, and comes to the 1335 days.” Never before have we understood these periods of 1260, 1290. and 1335 days. But it seems evident, now, a blessing is pronounced on us–GOD”S CHURCH–who wait and endure until the 1335 days–approximately 1335 days prior to Christ’s coming. But since no one can know the day or hour of His coming, we probably shall not be able to know the exact day this 1335 days begins. But apparently that is the time when OUR WORK SHALL END. That will be a time when the UNITED Europe shall appear–the revival of the medieval “Holy Roman Empire.” We shall then be warned, and readied to be taken to a place of refuge and safety from the Great Tribulation. Forty-five days later “the beast’s armies” will surround Jerusalem. Thirty days later the Great Tribulation will probably start with a nuclear attack on London and Britain–and possibly the same day or immediately after, on the United States and Canadian cities. The GREAT TRIBULATION, we shall fully then realize, is the time of “Jacob’s Trouble,” spoken of in Jeremiah 30:7. And Jacob’s name was named on Joseph’s sons, Ephraim and Manasseh (Gen. 48:16). At that time a third of the people in our nations will die, or shall have died, by famine and disease epidemics; another third will dies of the war–our cities being destroyed (Ezek. 6:6), and the remaining third will be carried to the land of our enemies as slaves (Ezek. 5:12). The Bible prophecies the destruction of the cities, after the military (“horses cut off” and “destroy your chariots” below) has problems:
10 “And it shall be in that day,” says the LORD,
“That I will cut off your horses from your midst
And destroy your chariots.
11 I will cut off the cities of your land
And throw down all your strongholds.
12 I will cut off sorceries from your hand,
And you shall have no soothsayers.
13 Your carved images I will also cut off,
And your sacred pillars from your midst;
You shall no more worship the work of your hands;
14 I will pluck your wooden images from your midst;
Thus I will destroy your cities.
15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury
On the nations that have not heard.” (Micah 5:10-15).
City destruction will happen. Canada’s major military ally is the USA and the USA is in the process of downsizing its military. Thus, the steps that proceed the destruction of cities is starting to take place now. The ‘siblings’ will fall about the same time.
The Bible also prophecies captivity (see also Will the Anglo-Saxon Nations be Divided and Have People Taken as Slaves?):
36’And as for those of you who are left, I will send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; the sound of a shaken leaf shall cause them to flee; they shall flee as though fleeing from a sword, and they shall fall when no one pursues. 37 They shall stumble over one another, as it were before a sword, when no one pursues; and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. 38 You shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. 39 And those of you who are left shall waste away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; also in their fathers’ iniquities, which are with them, they shall waste away.
40’But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me, 41 and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt– 42 then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham I will remember; I will remember the land. 43 The land also shall be left empty by them, and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; they will accept their guilt, because they despised My judgments and because their soul abhorred My statutes (Leviticus 26:36-43).
There is one national option.
The Bible shows:
30 God…commands all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30)
Since national repentance is not likely, those in the Anglo-Saxon descended nations need to realize that they need the Kingdom of God (for details on that, check out the free online booklet The Gospel of the Kingdom of God).
