Russian police have taken actions against LGBTQ night spots:

Russian forces have raided gay clubs and bars across Moscow days after the country ruled that the LGBTQ community was an extremist organisation. …

Russia believes that the Bible opposes the LGBTQ agenda and that the West should not push it. Here is a link related to Thursday’s Supreme Court decision: Russia’s Supreme Court effectively outlaws LGBTQ+ activism in a ruling consistent with other Russian government pronouncements.
Yet, the West keeps pushing it. Notice the following:

Amnesty International criticized the ruling, saying it will have “catastrophic” consequences and leaves “little if any doubt that it will lead to the persecution of LGBTI activists, undoing decades of their brave and dedicated work, while threatening to inspire and legitimize whole new levels of violence against LGBTI persons across Russia.”
“This shameful and absurd decision represents a new front in the Russian authorities’ campaign against the LGBTI community,” Marie Struthers, director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at Amnesty International, said in a statement.
“The ruling risks resulting in a blanket ban on LGBTI organizations with far-reaching violations of the rights to freedom of association, expression and peaceful assembly, as well as the right to be free from discrimination. It will affect countless people, and its repercussions are poised to be nothing short of catastrophic,” she added while calling on Russian authorities to reconsider the ruling.

Laws restricting shameful activities should not be called shameful.
The Bible warns:
20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight! (Isaiah 5:20-21)
The above pretty well sums up those pushing the LGBTQ+ agenda.
Furthermore, some have disputed the scriptures about it.

While people could take it to mean man bedding man, within the context of the time, scholars believed that arsenokoitai alluded more to abusive, predatory behavior and pederasty than it does homosexuality. …

While some may wish to believe otherwise, there is no doubt that the Bible condemns homosexuality and the LGBTQ+ agenda.
Koine Greek scholars realize that arsenokoitai is condemned. That condemnation is against the LGBTQ+ agenda irrespective of when the English word homosexuality was in some translation.
Furthermore, Christians are to accept the Hebrew scriptures as well.
Notice that the Hebrew scriptures, aka the Old Testament, while not using the term homosexual, clearly condemn the LGBTQ+ practices:
22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22)
13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. (Leviticus 20:13)
5 A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 22:5)
The Bible clearly condemns homosexuality as well as cross-dressing.
Let’s also look more into the Greek scriptures, aka the New Testament:
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man — and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, …
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:22-32)
The Bible teaches that homosexuality, including lesbianism, is wrong and it is dangerous.
Fools discount the real God (cf. Psalm 14:1) and His word.
The New Testament warned:
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived (2 Timothy 3:13, KJV).
Those pushing the LGBTQ+ agenda are both deceived and deceivers.
The Book of Genesis shows:
24 Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens. 25 So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. (Genesis 19:24-25)
And why did it happen?
7 as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. (Jude 7)
Homosexuality is a form of sexual immorality that involves going after “strange flesh.”
Why mention this in the 21st century?
Because God turned:
6…the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly (2 Peter 2:6)
Thus, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah were to serve as an example to those who would live as they did. Yet despite biblical warnings, many modern leaders in the West are endorsing so-called homosexual “rights” and “same-sex marriage.” The Bible, however, warns about such leaders:
12…Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths. (Isaiah 3:12)
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed (Isaiah 9:16).
So, leaders that ignore what the Bible teaches are leading others toward destruction.
The LGBTQ+ agenda is opposed to God, His statutes, His judgements, His commandments, and even His creation. It is destructive and sinful.
Paul also warned that false teachers, “by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple” (Romans 16:18).
Do not fall for those who used twisted anti-biblical logic.
