North Korea warns USA of an ‘all-out-war’

North Korea has decided to make threats to show its disapproval of certain actions of the USA and South Korea:

North Korea on Saturday issued a fresh warning of an “all-out war”, urging the United States to stop military drills and what it described as “nuclear blackmail”.

In a thinly veiled threat to strike the United States, the North’s National Defence Commission (NDC), chaired by leader Kim Jong-Un, said the U.S. government must withdraw its policy of hostility against the North if it wants peace on both the Korean peninsula and the “U.S. mainland”.

“(The United States) must bear it in mind that reckless provocative acts would meet our retaliatory strikes and lead to an all-out war of jU.S.tice for a final showdown with the United States,” a spokesman of the NDC was quoted as saying in a statement carried by Pyongyang’s Korean Central News Agency.

“We emphasize again that the United States mU.S.t withdraw varioU.S. measures aimed to isolate and strangulate U.S.. Dependent upon this are… peace and security, not only on the Korean peninsula but the U.S. mainland as well.”

Many of the people in North Korea are suffering and hungry. If North Korea would shift from being a militaristic nuclear power to more of a food and manufacturing producer, this should benefit them as well as ease tensions in the region.

The USA is vulnerable to terrorist attacks from North Korea, such as detonating a small nuclear bomb or “dirty bomb” (a conventional type of explosion with radioactive materials added to it), or an emp-bomb (electro-magnetic pulse bomb) attack. But North Korea would not win an ‘all-out-war’ against the USA.

An emp attack by North Korea, however, could greatly affect the USA, or even South Korea or Japan. Power transformers in the USA (and elsewhere) are at risk and this could cause major economic and other damage to the USA. Such emp weapons, however, have never been used large scale, so precisely what would happen is subject to debate. But the reality is that emp weapons, as well as solar flares which have similar potential, are threats to the USA, its defenses, and its economy.

Hopefully, for the USA and North Korea, the North Koreans will not do that.

According to the Bible, a type of confederation will happen with the ‘kings of the sunrise” (Revelation 16:12) will happen. This means that there will be changes in North Korea.

Whether North Korea brings this change upon itself by striking out at others or it happens for economic or other reasons, the reality is that situation in North Korea will change.
