Ursula vonder Leyen puts forth ‘European Green Deal;’ Could she be the prophesied ‘raiser of taxes’?

European Union Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has pushed for a European ‘Green Deal’:

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the Commission’s ambitious plan for tackling climate change on Wednesday, and it’s called the European Green Deal. It’s not related to the Green New Deal in the U.S., but it has just as much potential to fall through.
“This is Europe’s ‘man on the moon’ moment,” von der Leyen said, unveiling a skinny 24-page document that outlines the major points of the Green Deal. The Deal aims to achieve net-zero carbon emissions across the bloc of 28 countries (27 if the U.K. leaves) by 2050, with GHG emissions brought down to 40% below 1990 levels by 2030. …
Achieving the Green Deal will be costly. Just hitting the E.U.’s goal of keeping carbon emissions 40% below 1990 by 2030 levels will cost €260 billion in yearly investment. That figure will jump to €290 billion between 2030 and 2050. Under the Green Deal, the European Investment Bank is set to facilitate €1 trillion in funding over the next decade with €100 billion earmarked for countries like Poland that “will have to take the biggest steps.”
“If some are talking about the costs, we should always keep in mind how much more it will cost us if we don’t act now,” von der Leyen quipped during her adderess to the COP25 summit in Madrid last week, asserting that the deal will create new economic opportunities for the E.U. Indeed, some countries outside the E.U. have blasted the Green Deal as protectionism, repackaged.
China has opposed an E.U. plan to impose a “carbon border tax” that will place a levy on imports that don’t meet the E.U.’s green manufacturing standards. The tax is designed to soothe fears inside the E.U. that new, stringent environmental standards will leave European businesses exposed to competition from cheap imports. China says it will actually damage efforts to fight climate change, somehow. Even inside Europe, not everyone is on board with the scheme.

Von der Leyen said an economic growth plan based on fossil fuels and pollution was “out of date and out of touch.”
“The European Green deal is on one hand about cutting emissions, but on the other hand, about creating jobs and boosting innovation.”

What is in the deal?
- At least 50% reduction in EU carbon emissions compared with 1990 levels by 2030
- EU climate neutrality by 2050
- A “carbon border tax” on polluting foreign firms in selected industries in 2021
- €100 billion earmarked to help countries transition from fossil fuels

So, this will be costly and new taxes are being proposed.
Could Ursula von der Leyen possibly have been prophesied?
In Daniel 11:21, referring in original, typical fulfillment to Antiochus Epiphanes, there shall stand up a vile person … So once again before the second coming of Christ, a vile leader will stop the daily sacrifices being offered … This same prophecy spoken by Jesus is also reported by Luke…21:20-24 (Armstrong HW. Personal, Plain Truth magazine, June 1967).
20 “There shall arise in his place one who imposes taxes on the glorious kingdom; but within a few days he shall be destroyed, but not in anger or in battle. 21 And in his place shall arise a vile person, … (Daniel 11:20-21a)
The “vile person” is the final King of the North (who is also the final Beast of the Sea of Revelation 13:1-10).
Presuming that this the Hebrew allows for a woman to hold this role, is it possible that Ursula vonder Leyen could fulfill that?
If she does raise taxes and then is gone or dies soon, notice what happens shortly thereafter:
21 And in his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue. 22 With the force of a flood they shall be swept away from before him and be broken, and also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. 24 He shall enter peaceably, even into the richest places of the province; and he shall do what his fathers have not done, nor his forefathers: he shall disperse among them the plunder, spoil, and riches; and he shall devise his plans against the strongholds, but only for a time. (Daniel 11:21-24)
Time is getting short (see Does God Have a 6,000 Year Plan? What Year Does the 6,000 Years End?). And if various taxes are raised in Europe, this may signal how close we may be to the rising up of the final King of the North, and also the Antichrist.
Now, there was a type of fulfillment of Daniel 11:20 thousands of years ago:
Verse 19 — Antiochus next turned his attention to the fortresses of his own land, in the east and west. But, attempting to recruit his dissipated wealth by the plunder of the Oriental Temple of Belus, in Elymais, he was killed, 187 B.C.
Verse 20 — Seleucus IV Philopator (187-176), his son, in an effort to raise money, sent a tax collector, Heliodorus, through Judea. But he reigned only 11 years, when Heliodorus poisoned him.
Verse 21 — he left no heir. But his brother, a younger son of Antiochus the Great, named Epiphanes (Antiochus IV), a contemptible reprobate, came by surprise and through flattery took the kingdom. (Armstrong HW. The Middle East in Prophecy. Worldwide Church of God, 1972)
But since many prophecies in Daniel 11 are actually for the “appointed time” (Daniel 11:27,29,35) of “the end” (Daniel 11:27,35,40) as the chapter shows, they still have future fulfillment.
Unless something changes, Ursula von der Leyen is supposed to be in office for five years. Seleucus IV Philopator lasted 11 years.
Because of the prophesied death of the raiser of taxes and the quick rise thereafter by the final King of the North, if Ursula von der Leyen is this individual, it would take time to see if she might be. Particularly since the taxes she has proposed have not become law nor, of course, collected.
Ursula von der Leyen may be one to ‘watch’ (cf. Mark 13:37).

Ursula von der Leyen and the coming United States of Europe
In the Summer of 2019, German Defense Minister Urusla von der Leyen was elected through a secret ballot by Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to be the European Union Commission President effective December 1, 2019. She has gone on record in favor of a strong European army independent of the USA as well as for calling for a more integrated Europe. Were these some of the reasons she was selected? Does she believe that Donald Trump and Brexit will help lead to an integrated and armed Europe? Like various other European leaders in the 21st century, Ursula von der Leyen has called for a ‘United States of Europe.’ Since 1948 the old Radio Church of God warned a ‘United States of Europe’ would be formed (though probably without that name). Is that going to happen? What does the Bible teach? Will Europe get its own ‘great army’? Will Europe reorganize under a dictator?
