MS: Fear Of The Coronavirus Has Absolutely Destroyed America’s Future

Very few people are talking about it, and even fewer are bothering to object, but by borrowing and spending so much money our politicians are essentially feeding America’s financial future into a wood chipper. It took from the founding of our country all the way to 1981 before the U.S. national debt reached one trillion dollars. Incredibly, we just added more than a trillion dollars to our national debt in less than a month. On April 5th, we were 23.9 trillion dollars in debt, and by May 4th we were 25 trillion dollars in debt. Fear of the coronavirus has caused nearly all of our politicians to suddenly become socialists, and we are being told that trillions more in spending may be coming. This is complete and utter lunacy, and we are leaving future generations of Americans with a mountain of debt that would absolutely crush them. But of course our society may not even last too much longer at the rate we are going. For years I have been loudly warning that our absurd national debt is an existential threat to America’s future, but at this point both major political parties have completely abandoned any sense of fiscal responsibility. Now our national debt is rapidly speeding toward the 26 trillion dollar mark, and the House of Representatives just passed a bill that would borrow and spend an additional 3 trillion dollars that we do not currently have…

Since Barack Obama’s first day in the White House, we have been stealing an average of more than 100 million dollars from our children and our grandchildren every single hour of every single day.

And under Trump, that pace has actually increased. …

At this point even the ultra-liberal Washington Post is admitting that “the national debt is out of control”, but of course the Post also keeps on promoting ultra-liberal spending policies.

We are like a morbidly obese guy that can’t even fit in his own bathtub anymore because he is so addicted to food. Our addiction is debt, and no matter how loud the warnings get we are just going to keep going back for more.

Ultimately, the only way that the U.S. is going to be able to service this exploding debt is to wildly devalue the currency. This is the road that the Weimar Republic, Venezuela and so many others have gone down, and it always ends in utter disaster.

Only this time the biggest economy on the entire planet is doing it, and the currency that we are devaluing is the reserve currency of the world.

There should be a turning back now. The nation needs to repent, but do not expect that on a massive national scale.

Getting back to the USA, it is not fear of the coronavirus that is destroying America’s future. It is lack of proper respect for the word of God.

The acceptance of various forms of sexual immorality, abortion, and other sins is leading the USA to the abyss.

The Bible teaches the following about debt in general and end time debt in particular:

7 The rich rules over the poor, And the borrower is servant to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7)

43 The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. 44 He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail. 45 Moreover all these curses shall come upon you and pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed because you did not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you…47 “Because you did not serve the LORD your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, 48 therefore you shall serve your enemies, whom the LORD will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in need of everything; and He will put a yoke of iron on your neck until He has destroyed you. 49 The LORD will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies, a nation whose language you will not understand, 50 a nation of fierce countenance, which does not respect the elderly nor show favor to the young. 51 And they shall eat the increase of your livestock and the produce of your land, until you are destroyed; they shall not leave you grain or new wine or oil, or the increase of your cattle or the offspring of your flocks, until they have destroyed you. 52 They shall besiege you at all your gates until your high and fortified walls, in which you trust, come down throughout all your land; and they shall besiege you at all your gates throughout all your land which the LORD your God has given you (Deuteronomy 28:42-45,47-52)

But Americans, by and large, do not care much about what the Bible says. And the US politicians seem to think that more debt is the solution to many problems the federal, state, and local governments face.

While some people place their hopes in US President Donald Trump, he is not one who opposes debt.

In my book, Donald Trump and America’s Apocalypse, I wrote:

Donald Trump and many other American politicians have not run away from increasing U.S.A. debt—that will be to the nation’s peril. …

Although as president Donald Trump inherited a debt-laden nation, his policies, according to his own public pronouncements will continue to lead to, increased U.S.A. debt. … Increasing national debt will lead to destruction at the appointed time of the end (Habakkuk 2:3–8). (Thiel B. Donald Trump and America’s Apocalypse. Nazarene Books, 2017, pp. 35,37)

This is coming to pass. Biblical prophecies are being fulfilled.

As far as debt goes, the following has official US debt the day before Donald Trump assumed office, followed by the most recent official numbers I just checked:

According to the US Treasury, the debt of the USA as of 01/19/2017 was 19,944,429,217,106.77 (https://treasurydirect.gov/NP/debt/current).

According to the US Treasury, the debt of the USA as of 05/18/2020 was 25,377,271,192,421.10 (https://treasurydirect.gov/govt/reports/pd/pd_debttothepenny.htm).

Increasing debt and decreasing production is not good for the US dollar. And one day it will crash, much more than almost any seem to believe. One day it will be worth only the scrap and souvenir value of the cotton-paper it is printed on.

Of course, it is not just Donald Trump and the US Federal Reserve involved. The Democrats have pushed for much of this and more. Plus, many regular people want more debt to be created as they seemingly want ‘free money.’ Michael Snyder also posted the following:

“When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” That is a direct quote from Benjamin Franklin, and it has turned out to be quite prophetic. Today, most of our politicians are socialists whether they accept that label or not, and the American people have come to expect the government “to do something for them” whenever any sort of a crisis comes along. In response to this COVID-19 pandemic, Congress has borrowed and spent trillions more dollars that we do not have, and most Americans have been quite thrilled to receive their “stimulus checks”. But of course now a lot of people are insisting that those checks were not enough and they want more. In fact, one new survey just found that most Americans want the checks to keep coming. The idea of “free money” is so seductive, but unfortunately most of the population simply does not understand that eventually there is a great price to be paid for throwing “free money” around. …

And when the federal government borrows and spends trillions of dollars that we do not currently have, that is not “free money”. In essence, we are stealing that money from future generations of Americans, and what we are doing is beyond criminal. …

Whenever a new dollar is introduced into the system, it erodes the value of all dollars that currently exist. Greed is often a factor in debt. But the result will be worse that very painful inflation.

Let me mention here that the most indebted nation in the world, even before COVID-19, is the USA. Number 2 is the United Kingdom, Canada is number 11, Australia is number 12, and New Zealand is number 35 (List of countries by external debt. Wikipedia, accessed 03/29/20).

Any additional spending increases debt. COVID-19 is a factor that is increasing their debt more.

Notice a prophecy God inspired the prophet Habakkuk to write:

2 Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)

6 “Will not all these take up a proverb against him,
And a taunting riddle against him, and say,
‘Woe to him who increases
What is not his — how long?
And to him who loads himself with many pledges’?
7 Will not your creditors rise up suddenly?
Will they not awaken who oppress you?
And you will become their booty.
8 Because you have plundered many nations,
All the remnant of the people shall plunder you,
Because of men’s blood
And the violence of the land and the city,
And of all who dwell in it. (Habakkuk 2:6-8).

The nation with the greatest debt of all time is the United States of America, and on a per capita basis may be the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (and they are close if not the per capita debt leader).

It is the United States and its Anglo-allies that have loaded pledges of debt in these end times that they really do not expect to pay back. The debt problems in the USA are bigger than most Americans realize. The federal government has over $25,000,000,000,000 in debt, and this does not count the trillions that the Federal Reserve owes or future debts (plus unrecorded liabilities). The total of all known debt in the USA is so high, that it is not reasonable to conclude that it can be paid off in comparable value short of some major development.

This does not bode well for the USA.

The Bible shows that foreign creditors will rise up.

Because US and British-descended leaders ignore, and even despise, instructions and warnings from the word of God, destruction will come to them. Notice something God inspired the prophet Isaiah to record:

12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel:

“Because you despise this word,
And trust in oppression and perversity,
And rely on them,
13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you
Like a breach ready to fall,
A bulge in a high wall,
Whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant.
14 And He shall break it like the breaking of the potter’s vessel,
Which is broken in pieces;
He shall not spare.
So there shall not be found among its fragments
A shard to take fire from the hearth,
Or to take water from the cistern.” (Isaiah 30:12-14)

Most of the leaders in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand despise the word of God, trust in perversion, and think nothing of oppressive debt levels.

Increasing debt for the USA was number 11 from my list of 20 items to prophetically watch in 2020:

11. Debt

The Bible teaches that the result of debt accumulation will be far worse than even many pessimists believe. …

(Habakkuk 2:2-8; English Standard Version)

The USA is the most indebted nation in the history of humanity and those in it should try to understand this prophecy.

God told Habakkuk that this should be a very serious matter.

US debt will increase in 2020.

Have you been paying attention to this?

Currently it looks like the USA will increase the absolute dollar amount of its debt higher than any year since its founding!

Increasing debt will not end up well for the USA and its British-descended allies.

Although COVID-19 is a factor in the rise of debt, it is only the latest factor.

The USA and others need to respect the word of God.

While national repentance is not expected, personal repentance is still possible.

Do not wait until it is too late.

The debt situation should show all who are willing to look that the USA, to cite one major example, will not be able to continue.

The world as we know it will change dramatically in a few years.

First for the worst (see When Will the Great Tribulation Begin? 2020, 2021, or 2022?). But later for the better with the return of Jesus and the glorious millennial Kingdom of God.

COVID-19 Leading to 666? The novel coronavirus of Wuhan, China fame, is now called COVID-19. It has also been called the ‘Coronapocalypse.’ Does COVID-19 have any prophetic ramifications? Biological Warfare and Prophecy. Is biological warfare possible? Was it prophesied? Scientists have long warned that pathogenic organisms like the coronavirus could be weaponized. Furthermore, back in 2017, there were concerns that the biological research facility being constructed in Wuhan, China was risky and that a coronavirus from it could be released. On January 25, 2020, China’s President Xi Jinping publicly stated that the situation with the Wuhan-related strain of the coronavirus was grave. Did Church of God writers like the late evangelist Raymond McNair warn that engineered viruses (the “Doomsday bug”) were consistent with prophecies from Jesus? Did a warning from CCOG leader Bob Thiel warn about risks of genetically-modified (GMO) mosquitoes come to pass? Could human research and/or the consumption of biblically-unclean animals such as bats and snakes be a factor in current outbreaks or coming future pestilences? What about famines?
