$6.666 Trillion Dollar Debt, the US Federal Reserve, & Prophecy

In just over five years since Barack Obama took office, the recognized US federal debt increased by $6.666 trillion. Additionally, the US Federal Reserve created another $2.8 trillion or so of pledges called quantitative easing. Despite all this, the US Treasury Secretary declared that the USA needs a higher debt ceiling, and a female debt promoter (Janet Yellen) became the head of the Federal Reserve. Furthermore, the Congressional Budget Office reported that it expects the debt to continue to increase. Does Bible prophecy warn against debt in the end times? What are the frightening implications of this increased debt? Is there anything you can do about it?
