Europe has technology plans and is implementing them

The Europeans have plans for technology. Here is some information on some of them, notice also Horizon 2020:

The European Commission’s 2012 policy Communication on the European Research Area (ERA) should lead to a significant improvement in Europe’s research performance to promote growth and job creation. The measures in the Communication will have to be implemented by EU Member States, the Commission and Research Organisations to ensure the completion of ERA by 2014 as called for by the European Council.

To complete ERA and maximise the return on research investment, Europe must increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its public research system. This requires more cooperation so that the brightest minds work together to make greater impact on grand challenges (e.g. demographic-ageing, energy security, mobility, environmental degradation), and to avoid unnecessary duplication of research and infrastructure investment at national level. http://ec.europa.eu/research/era/era_communication_en.htm

The European Space Agency (ESA) is Europe’s gateway to space. Its mission is to shape the development of Europe’s space capability and ensure that investment in space continues to deliver benefits to the citizens of Europe and the world.

Horizon 2020 is the financial instrument implementing the Innovation Union², a Europe 2020³ flagship initiative aimed at securing Europe’s global competitiveness. Running from 2014 to 2020 with an €80 billion budget, the EU’s new programme for research and innovation is part of the drive to create new growth and jobs in Europe.

Horizon 2020 provides major simplification through a single set of rules. It will combine all research and innovation funding currently provided through the Framework Programmes for Research and Technical Development⁴, the innovation related activities of the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP⁵) and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT⁶)…

Europe is planning on improving its economy and position in the world via technology and research. It is hoping to have all the pieces together by 2020. And despite its flaws, for a short time, the European power will dominate the world per Revelation 13, 17, and 18. Its intention with its technology and procedures (.http://www.ft.com/cms/s/af609b2c-bf72-11db-9ac2-000b5df10621.html) IS to lead the world.

As I have reported in the past, the Europeans have been working on a ‘GPS’ competitor called Galileo (Europe’s Galileo ‘GPS’ Hits Another Milestone) that was funded for military purposes (see EU Approves Galileo For Military Use). The USA itself plans to link part of its military surveillance to it (as I warned; see USA GPS and EU Galileo linking was expected) and this will put the USA at unique risk for attack. The Europeans have also made progress with antimatter with its Large Hadron Collier (LHC) ran by CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research). The related research may have some military implications (see LHC has another discovery related to understanding antimatter). This is all going on as the USA makes cuts to its military (e.g. US Army announces cuts and There are no longer USA tanks in Germany: Do Americans understand this is a serious risk?).

Since the Beast of Revelation 13 will be European (Europa, the Beast, and Revelation and the YouTube video Can You Prove that the Beast to Come is European?), I have long felt that the Europeans would be able to fulfill their prophesied role via technology.

Notice something that the Bible says about this:

3…And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” (Revelation 13:3-4, NKJV)

Notice that the military power of the Beast was something that the world will marvel, be astonished about. Why? Because no one really thought that the European Beast power had the military ability to defeat the U.S.A. with its Anglo-allies (Daniel 11:39), and then the Islamic King of the South (Daniel 11:40-43).

Technology would seem to be the key to a powerful European military. One aspect could include particle collider research. The number of colliders in the U.S.A. has dwindled down to one under the Obama and Bush Administrations, and the remaining one is facing budget cuts and possible closure. Yet, in Europe, it now has the leading one in the world, CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

Germany is also producing a separate possibly even more advanced one called F.A.I.R. (FAIR stands for the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research). It is currently building it. Here is some information from the FAIR website about it:

FAIR is a new, unique international accelerator facility for the research with antiprotons and ions. It is ready to be built within the coming years near Darmstadt in Hesse, Germany. The major part of the budget will be provided by the Federal Republic of Germany, together with the State of Hesse. Other fractions will be funded by international partners from Europe and overseas.

The new facility, where various physics programs can be operated in parallel, will offer outstanding research opportunities and discovery potential for about 3000 scientists from about 50 countries. Presuming their end up being high level military developments that will impact the USA, Americans will not likely consider that FAIR was fair to them.

I believe that Germany’s FAIR, along with the LHC and other technology and research programs, will help the Europeans produce military weaponry to fulfill certain end time prophecies. Since Revelation 13:4 is discussing what seems to be a unique type of warfare, this warfare likely includes certain high-tech weapons (electromagnetic pulse, neutron, unique delivery systems, etc.) that will be effective for a while (ultimately the Europeans will be overcome by what appears to be a Russian-led, mainly Asian, confederation, cf. Jeremiah 50:41-43 & Daniel 11:44, possibly by exploiting some technological flaw, like creating a software virus, etc., while also amassing troops, etc.). The FAIR and the LHC projects are also likely to spin-off economic benefits that may help propel Europe to be (for a short while) the economic leader of the world (cf. Revelation 18).

While the U.S.A., Australia, and others are currently worried mostly about China, the European developments will not be good for the Anglo-descended lands, including England.

Europe is moving forward with its research, space, and military plans and few in the USA seem to realize that when it gets enough power, the USA will lose all of its.

The understanding of the Continuing Church of God that the Europeans will be able to attack and takeover the United States and its Anglo-descended allies (cf. Isaiah 10:5-11; Daniel 11:39) is correct and will come to pass. And as I have speculated for years, the Large Hadron Collider, FAIR, and other research projects may be a factor in making that happen.
