Last week, in a shock offensive, the Yemeni rebel group known as the Houthis seized territory near the Red Sea’s strategic Bab el-Mandeb Strait. In doing so, they opened a volatile new front in the destabilizing war between the United States and Iran, and left Saudi Arabia, an old enemy of the rebels, searching for allies and scrambling for a response. Various military advances by the Houthis have rocked Yemen since 2014. That year, the group, whose official name is Ansar Allah, surged to prominence by capturing Sana’a, the country’s capital, a swaggering first step in their evolution from a scruffy militia to the rulers of large swaths of Yemeni territory. This led to more than a decade of conflict with a disparate band of Yemeni opponents, along with Saudi Arabia. Earlier this month, the Donald Trump reportedly denied assisting Saudi Arabia militarily, despite a growing threat from the Houthis (see Trump Administration denied military assistance to Saudi Arabia whose oil industry has increasingly been under attack by Houthis).
Now, the situation for Saudi Arabia is worse as is the oil supply for parts of the world, including Europe.

Saudi Aramco told at least two oil refining customers in Europe that they will be allocated no crude oil next month after the kingdom’s key pipeline to the Red Sea was attacked, people informed of the decision said.
European customers normally receive Saudi Arabian crude on so-called term contracts, ensuring a steady flow of supply every month. Those deliveries will not take place next month, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information isn’t public. Saudi Arabia appeared more insulated from the conflict because of its East-West Pipeline, which runs from the Gulf to the Red Sea port of Yanbu, allowing the kingdom to bypass Iran and the US’s tussle for control of the Strait of Hormuz. The pipeline allowed Saudi Arabia to export approximately two-thirds of its pre-war oil volumes, or around four million barrels per day (bpd) of oil.
Last week, a drone attack disabled the pipeline, which Saudi Arabia said came from Iraq, where militias are aligned with Iran. The stopping of oil shipments will hurt the economy of Europe. Other parts of the world will also be affected.

The Houthis clearly oppose the USA and Israel. They also work with Iran and have long had issues with Saudi Arabia.
The Houthis have, from time to time, contributed to international chaos by attacking ships in the Red Sea which has resulted in many taking the long route below Africa to avoid the risk. This increases costs for oil and other items. This time, combined with the Hormuz issues from the USA-Iran war, greatly increases the impact of its attacks now.
Previous USA attacks have NOT stopped the Houthi forces from their attacks against ships.
Many consider that the Houthis are simply Iranian proxies carrying out what Iran wants done.
The Bible shows that God will allow what looks to be an Iranian led confederation to strike the nation of Israel:

The Houthis are strongly tied to Iran, hence they may help fulfill the above prophecies. Those prophesies show that the time will come when “great damage” will come to Jerusalem.
And right now, we are seeing major potential damage to the economy of Europe.
