King Charles III speaks, but things for the UK will not end up well

CNN reported the following:

September 9, 2022

King Charles III delivered his first public address as the new British monarch, just a day after ascending to the throne following the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth II. …

Wearing a black suit and a black tie, Charles said Queen Elizabeth “made sacrifices for duty, dedication and devotion.” …

“As the Queen herself did with such unswerving devotion, I too now solemnly

pledge myself, throughout the remaining time God grants me, to uphold the Constitutional principles at the heart of our nation,” the King said.

“And wherever you may live in the United Kingdom, or in the Realms and territories across the world, and whatever may be your background or beliefs, I shall endeavor to serve you with loyalty, respect and love, as I have throughout my life,” he added. …

The King also made a significant announcement during his first address, naming his son William to be the Prince of Wales, the title he held before the Queen’s death on Thursday.

King Charles III wants the UK to do well, but it will not do as well as he hopes.

Regarding his possible role, yesterday, I posted the following:

… if King Charles survives into the Great Tribulation, he looks to personally have a prophetic role (cf. Hosea 7:11-12).

‘Great Reset’ King Charles III set to rule after Queen Elizabeth II passes away

September 9, 2022

The British Queen sat on the throne longer than any other monarch before her. … Two days after WEF disciple Liz Truss was sworn in as the new prime minister, Elizabeth II died in Scotland surrounded by the royal family.

She is now reunited with her beloved husband and prince consort Prince Philip, who died last year at the age of 99. Not least because of his tendency not to mince his words, he was popular with the people. However, his life-long, high-ranking membership in the Freemasonry, in which Duke Edward, the Queen’s cousin, also acted as Grand Master, was viewed critically.

Charles III as the Great Reset king

… She is to be succeeded by her eldest son, who after seven decades as heir to the throne is now known as Charles III.  The globalists around WEF founder Klaus Schwab will be happy that two seats of the highest offices on the island are now being occupied by people from their circle.

The former Prince of Wales was one of the people who were the first to openly acknowledge the world transformation under the guise of sustainability via the “Great Reset”. When Schwab published his manifesto, Charles presented the “Great Reset Project” at the WEF on the same day. He spoke of a “golden opportunity” in which there is only a limited window of opportunity for a power grab enabled by technology. He spoke of a “global Marshall Plan” and in this context praised the “calls for action in the wake of the Great Reset”. It is this “a moment where we should make as much progress as possible.

Now, let’s look at the scriptures I pointed to:

11 Ephraim also is like a silly dove, without sense—They call to Egypt, They go to Assyria. 12 Wherever they go, I will spread My net on them; I will bring them down like birds of the air; I will chastise them, According to what their congregation has heard. (Hosea 7:11-12)

There is nothing that I am aware of in world history that shows that Ephraim calls to Egypt after Hosea was written in a manner to fulfill that prophecy.

From a religious perspective, notice that the UK Guardian reported the following:

September 9, 2022

At the coronation of King Charles III in the coming months, the new sovereign will take an oath, promising to rule according to law, to exercise justice with mercy and to maintain the Church of England.

Under a canopy of golden cloth, he will be anointed with holy oil, blessed and consecrated by the archbishop of Canterbury.

The Westminster Abbey coronation will be a deeply religious occasion. Among King Charles’s many titles are Defender of the Faith – a title bestowed on Henry VIII by the pope, and retained after England broke with Rome – and supreme governor of the Church of England. …

“Charles shares his mother’s faith and devotion, though it has a slightly different complexion – perhaps more naturally high church, with a particular affinity for and interest in eastern Orthodox Christianity.” The new king has also shown great interest in non-Christian faiths, especially Islam and Judaism.

In 1994, Charles triggered controversy when he said he would be defender of faith rather than Defender of the Faith, in a desire to reflect Britain’s religious diversity. There were suggestions that the coronation oath might be altered.

In 2015, he clarified his position in an interview with BBC Radio 2, saying his views had been misinterpreted. He said: “As I tried to describe, I mind about the inclusion of other people’s faiths and their freedom to worship in this country. And it’s always seemed to me that, while at the same time being Defender of the Faith, you can also be protector of faiths.”

He pointed out that the Queen had said her role was “not to defend Anglicanism to the exclusion of other religions. Instead, the Church [of England] has a duty to protect the free practice of all faiths in this country. I think in that sense she was confirming what I was really trying to say – perhaps not very well – all those years ago.”

Now, as he ascends the throne almost three decades after that controversy, most people would agree that Charles should champion the right to religious belief and practice of all his subjects, not just that of the dwindling number of people in the pews of Anglican churches.,also%20be%20protector%20of%20faiths.%E2%80%9D

The fact that King Charles III has such international connections, like to the World Economic Forum as well as being somewhat interfaith-ecumenical, suggests he believes he has international connections that will benefit his nation.

It appears likely that British’s King Charles III or one of his descendants will be a leader involved in making some of these contacts. But presuming that is so, that will not save the British.

The UK needs national repentance.  Notice that lack of repentance is listed as a reason that the King of Assyria (the final King of the North) will become Ephraim’s king:

3 I taught Ephraim to walk…5…But the Assyrian shall be his king, Because they refused to repent. 6 And the sword shall slash in his cities, Devour his districts, And consume them, Because of their own counsels. 7 My people are bent on backsliding from Me. Though they call to the Most High, None at all exalt Him. (Hosea 11:3a, 5b-7)

The prophesied shame is starting to come upon the Anglo-American powers (Ephraim represents the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand in prophecy).  Without repentance, increased pride is occurring, and this will be followed by the prophesied destruction of the Anglo-nations. And yes, other nations have their sins, but they will be punished later.

People individually and the nations collectively need to repent, because truly the end is near.  Those who think that they will be able to wait until the last moment (which will probably be sometime in the next decade) are deceiving themselves as a strong delusion will come upon the world then.

King Charles will not be able to save the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Related to ties that the British royalty has to the ancient Davidic throne of Israel, the Continuing Church of God put together the following video on our Bible News Prophecy YouTube channel:

Dr. Thiel went to the Hill of Tara in Ireland to see the claimed Lia Fail as well as a location where some looked for the Ark of the Covenant. He also went to Blarney and viewed the Blarney Stone. Were any of these really the stone of destiny that some believe the prophet Jeremiah took with him along with one or more daughters of King Zedekiah? What might any of this have to do with the British family? Have any of them believed in British-Israelism? Has the British coronation ceremony been consistent with biblical coronations of the kings of Judah? What about Prince Charles–could he have descended from the throne of David? Dr. Thiel provides insights on these matters and more.
